Instructional Media & Digital Learning Solutions

As head of SureSmile education, I've overseen the transition of global training and documentation from a private, boutique specialty program with a single clinical user base to one of the most comprehensive and award-winning digital orthodontic academies in the world, supporting three software user populations and both internal and external learners. SureSmileU stands as the foremost authority in teaching and learning around digital smile design, in-office aligners, IDB, surgical, lingual, advanced diagnostics, and so much more. In two years, we've grown from exclusively instructor-led training to an international digital clinical education program rapidly spreading across five continents to serve specialty and general practices around the world. February 2019, SureSmileU rebranded with the launch of our next-gen LMS, which delivers curated content via web and mobile platforms. My team drives content and program operations from product group headquarters for digital orthodontics, spearheading global learning initiatives and award-winning learning technologies.

In its freshman year of operations, this learning solution saw 500% growth on average in course completions in its first quarter compared to the three quarters prior with a traditional LMS. Since then, this dynamic next-gen LMS has seen continual positive impact with more course starts & completions and engagement growing at an accelerated rate month over month.

SureSmile education is all about empowering dental professionals.

One of the many ways the team serves our community is through just-in-time microlearning, because we know that doctors and their teams have tight schedules and never want to keep patients waiting. But learning is not a one-and-done experience, so we actively garden smart media and produce high-quality instructional content that can be used either on-demand or chairside.
